I used the different stars stamps and stamped them on a tag in versamark ink then embossed them in fuchsia sparkle wow embossing powder.
After that I used my brushes and distress ink to colour the tag. I then stamped the girl and wings on to linen card and embossed. I used pro-markers to colour the image and finished off with Sakura glitter pen.
I added pink gems to the dress and wings and around her hairline.
I finished my tag off with assorted ribbons from my stash and pearl flowers.
