Hi it's  the first Monday in the month and that means a new challenge from
Our sponsor
this month
is
The winner will receive 3 digi sets of their choice
Our Theme is
"Things with Wings"
I have used the following digi sets to create my card

So what did I do
1. I first imported the kits into Serif Craft Artist
professional, by adding it all as photos then dragging the elements into embellishment and the papers into background and materials.
2. I started with a 8 x 8 scrapbook page and made my card digitally, the blue paper is one I had already.
3. I added the sentiment using the text button and one of my fonts.
4. When I was happy I printed the image off twice, cut down the first sheet to fit an 8 x 8 card blank.
5. The second sheet I cut out certain elements and decoupaged sunflowers, bees and girl bee.
6. I finished off the card by adding glitter to the sunflowers and Sakura pen to the wings.

Fairy Fae with Ribbon

Well I am PROUD to say I have been chosen to design for

I consider myself  very lucky to join such a talented bunch of ladies. So here is my first card.

I have used  the Fairy Fae digi image from Delicious Doodles.Which I have coloured using Pro-markers and then added Sakura glitter pen to make her wings come alive.

I then mounted the image on co-ordinating card and framed the image with  Baja Breeze ruffle ribbon. this was mounted on to a piece of first edition card.I then added Baja Breeze seam binding ribbon down the side with a double bow. To tie the card together I used another of the Fairy Fae images and just used the butterflies. Which I coloured the same as the main image.and added them over the main card .The complete card is on a 8 inch square Hunkydory card blank.

Imagine That...Flowers for you

Hi , I manage to stumble across a web site that links all the free digi images around called Free Digital Stamps and in doing so came across this beautiful bouquet of flowers, and then found that they have their first challenge, If you use their image you will automatically get their second  digi image so everyone is a winner. Imagine That.!!!
I printed the image off twice and coloured one layer, then decided what you would find on the bottom layer example leaves and box and the back daises and cut them out so it is a two layer decoupage. I coloured them with ProMarkers and spectrum noirs. I cut the bottom layer out with one of my new spellbinder dies, then mounted the second layer with silicon glue. The topper was added to the Hunkydory card blank using 3d foam, the backing card  was inked with Salty Ocean distress ink. The card was finished off with gold gems. Thanks for calling by, let me know you have visited thanks Txx
