Niagara Falls Part 2

If you stay in New York, it is actually faster to walk to Canada across the bridge than to queue in your car. See how short the line is...that's Hubby holding my purse! What a fella! As you see the views are amazing from the bridge too. You will find this sign on Rainbow Bridge. It says: International Boundary Line. Canada is on the top right and United States on the left.

Hubby is thinking...that's a long way down. See how he's holding on!

This is the Rainbow Bridge. Part of the American Falls is on the right.
Oops, out of order...this is Niagara, Canada. It was taken at the top of the Falls during an afternoon walk.
Here is Canada's skyline from the bridge. Notice the building on the right, the Skylon. (more on that next time) The "blurry spots" are actually mist.

Here you can see both Falls. I was standing on Rainbow Bridge, walking back to New York at the time; it was simply breath taking. You could feel the mist hitting your face too...very nice on a warm day.

Niagara Falls trip

This is the Horseshoe Falls...the Canadian Falls. The boat you see is part of the Maid of the Mist tour. If you ever go to Niagara it's a must to ride this boat into the mist! It is a boat ride like none you've ever had before or ever will. The falls thunder around you...water surrounds you, it's a sight to behold and a sound you'll always remember. I took this shot from the top of the Canadian Falls; oh so powerful.

Here you see The Maid of the Mist passing by the American Falls. We walked across Rainbow bridge from New York to Canada and I got this shot from the bridge.
I was in Canada when I took this one of the American Falls including the Bridal Veil Falls on the right. That is Niagara, New York behind the Falls. We actually stayed in New York this time. This was our 3rd trip to Niagara, but only time without the family.
