D-backs Game!!

Image
Thanks to the Eller Congenital Heart Center at St. Joseph's Hospital, we were able to take the boys to their 1st baseball game & concert!!  We spent the entire time in an awesome suite along with other heart families and had a blast!!! Our view... The "M" Kids... Playing in the suite...Lincoln, Tyson & Brooklyn (Tyson's Girlfriend!) Soon after we arrived, the three kids were playing and Tyson went over to Brooklyn, grabbed her face and gave her the biggest and most sweetest kiss ever!!  Just adorable :o) Watching the game... Showing off our D-Backs garb! The Wiggles! (We only stayed for about 5 minutes cause Mommy & Daddy could not take another minute of their singing...sorry we're not Wiggles fans!! ha ha) We were so surprised that we were able to last all that time (4+ hours) and honestly had a great time!  Thanks again to the Eller Congenital Heart Center for the great tickets!!

Major fall

Image
We had our first "major fall"...Lincoln was on our bed along with myself, Rob & Tyson.  Well, he decided that he wanted to get off and he took a header straight off our bed.  We tried to catch him and somewhat "help" his fall, but he sustained an injury, a rug burn... After lots and lots of tears (mostly from being scared) and kisses from Mommy & Daddy, he and his little "Rudolph" nose continued on his way just as happy as can be!

11 Months!

Our not-so-little monkeys are almost 1!  Hard to believe, but it's real alright! I'm telling you it's getting harder and harder as they get bigger and become more mobile!  They are into absolutely everything and anything.  Everything is at least at counter height, but no matter how high things are placed they seem to find it and either destroy it or eat it!  They are talking more and more these days.  They speak the usual baby talk, but their favorite word "da-da"!  It's "da-da" this and "da-da" that, whether Rob is home or not!  I've tried to get them to say "ma-ma" but no matter if I ask them to say "ma-ma" or "ma-ma-ma-ma-ma" they reply "da-da" or "da-da-da-da-da"  :)  They say "at" for "cat, "es is" which means "what's this" and if you say "yes" they will copy you and say "es".    Tyson... -likes to eat/chew the powde

My BEAUTIFUL rings!

Image
Before we even decided to get pregnant I had my rings sized, smaller.  Well now that I have had the boys, they needed to be sized again. This time, larger!  I wasn't too happy that I couldn't wear them especially because I felt like a mama with all these kids and just a baby daddy! Not to mention fat, since I couldn't fit them on my fatty fingers! Ha Ha Ha Anyways so I decided to have them resized and I just absolutely, 100% love them!!  I think they are just beautiful and everytime I look at them I remember one of the greatest moments in my life!

Father's Day...

Image
Since we were coming home the day after Father's Day, we decided to celebrate it when we got back. So the following weekend we all hung out as a family and just enjoyed being together!  I still think we owe him an actual "day since we really didn't do anything and I'm pretty sure he'd agree :o)  We got him some gifts for how wonderful he is! We had his Tommie Frazier (Nebraska Cornhuskers) poster framed to hang in his loft...this was his favorite! and a display case for his autographed baseball by the Twins! Happy Father's Day to the greatest Father & Husband anyone could ask for!!  We're really lucky to have him :o)

We have a climber....

4th of July!

Image
With being out of town for the majority of June and pretty much having something going on every day, we decided to lay low for the 4th.  We hung out by the pool and I made fresh guacamole, salsa and chicken tacos.  It was very good, but I have to admit I missed the hotdogs, hamburgers, beans and watermelon! We attempted, being the key word here, to take a picture of the kids in their cute 4th of July shirts, but as you will see that didn't go very well! The boys were so tired after dinner that they didn't make it to see fireworks so, Rob stayed with the boys and I took Kaila, my brother, sister & her boyfriend to see fireworks at a local Church here in Gilbert and they were amazing !!   Happy 4th of July!

10 Months!

Image
And they're moving, moving, moving!  -Still sleeping through the night, but wake up every day around 5am...I wish I knew what the key was to make them sleep until 6 or even 7am...we can't remember when the last time was when we woke up and it wasn't before 5:30am!  -They both have 2 teeth, both on the bottom.  -We're no longer having to put bibs on all day since they have just about stopped spitting up.  Every so often we'll have a incident here and there, but nothing like before!! The best part is they are no longer taking any medications!  -And they are crawling incredibly fast everywhere and started walking along all the furniture, walls or anything they can get to.  They also like to "run" away from us whenever we're just playing or when they are getting into trouble and have gotten caught!! They overly enjoy making lots of these.... And they're now drinking from cups with straws and for fun have tried Gelato & Vanilla Ice Cream!

Tyson's Heart

Image
On Thursday (July 1st) we took Tyson in for his Echo/EKG & Cardiologist appointment.  We got there between 12:30-12:45pm and did not leave until 4:15pm.  They are the longest appointments ever, but this was one we'll never forget! We were so worried about this appointment.  As mentioned before, Tyson had developed a heart murmur due to his first Open Heart Surgery called Pulmonary Stenosis, one in which you can not live with.  They have monitored it very closely since his last surgery in November and it hadn't really seemed to get better so, we were faced with a few options: Hopefully his artery, along with his heart will grow into it and the stenosis "kink" will start to undo itself, requiring no additional surgeries They would perform a Catheterization Procedure in which they would insert a balloon into his artery, with the hopes of not damaging the artery, and open the area in which is constricted. If the 2nd option didn't work, then they would have to
