Fingerprints on the Fridge on Etsy.

Every once in a while I like to open up my shop to spark a little creativity and well, contribute to the family income. ;) With Christmas rolling around I had a very informal poll online if you'd like to see a small variety of FOTF pretties up for sale for a short period (Short enough that I can get everything sent out fast, in time for Christmas parties or in time for Santa to bring it ;)

So here 'tis.

I put a little spin on the old version of my flower pin/hair clip combos.

Only three different types but I think they're way cute. Right now I have the red one pinned to my wool jacket and I get so many compliments on them! Plus they're pretty big. The size of my hand almost.

Remember the pearl detail? She got a little sprucing too with some glitter. It's the holidays and the holidays always call for more glitter.

And, I added a natural ticking one. Which happens to make my heart flutter. I'm already a big fan of ticking, but make it cream colored which goes with everything? Get outta here. Loves.

There ya go. They would look adorbs on your little girls headband, or clipped up in a pony. Added as a "bow" on your Christmas packaging. Or heck, pinned to your apron if you work one day a week as a waitress like this chick. ;) Compliments galore.

Want one for yourself? Your little girl? Your mother? Sister? Aunt? Postal worker? Snatch one (or ten) up while they're hot. I'm only leaving the shop open until Monday the 12th so that everything can be shipped out ON MONDAY. :) The best part? Free shipping.

Etsy Favorites Part Duex

I have a thing for cool necklaces, I do. I don't know why but I totally like wearing funky things around my neck, this is no exception. Coolest Crab I've seen.

Super cute pillow. I love hand made pillows, love the rainbow, love the stitching. Ugh, someone buy me this. ASAP. ;)

What a cute print. It basically says it all. :)

So freaking adorable. I have a mini tradition of buying my husband a key chain for Christmas so I snatched one up last year, this one is ours. Love it. Now I need one for my keys!

Love me some chalkboards. And, reusing cabinet doors AND the cheery color. La la love.

Well those are some of my favsies today! Hope you enjoyed, and maybe got some shopping done! ;)

And, my friend Diana should be welcoming her little bub into the world today, why don't you head on over to The Girl Creative and give her a little lovin.

Etsy favorites

I thought I'd do something a little...wild today. ;) If you love it maybe it'll be a regular thing 'round these parts.. if you hate it, well.. you wont. It's impossible to hate pretty things. So there.

I {heart} Etsy. Big ol' shiny red heart it. So, today I'm going to share some of my favorites. This I might have bought..or am thinking about.. or just drooling over. Okay?!

......

I never shared the invites I got for the little miss' birthday party and I don't know why!? When I went in search of party items I knew I wanted ONE.THING. Sock monkeys. I love them! If I were to throw a shower, or have a baby complete with a new nursery the theme would be sock monkeys. They're just so classic to me, pretty colors, and cute. Some are a little ugly..but a cute ugly, ya know? :) My oldest is way past the point of letting me use whatever I want for her birthday, she's all princess and that Beiber kid now. But the little one, oh yes. I said-- let's have a monkey party and she was all about it. Look! A {squeel} a girl monkey.

Love. love. love. I ordered them from and they were SUPER fast, she emailed me back that night and had two proofs for me by the next day! Ordered them up, sent them to Wal*mart done and done. Couldn't be happier with them.

......

This print is so-freaking-cool. We did the framed picture of us and had everyone sign the mat, but how neat would it be to have everyone put their fingerprint on it and their name!? Oh my gosh. I want to get married again just to use this.... ;) I'm helping a friend with her decor for her wedding this fall and I've already emailed this to her BEGGING her to use it. :)

 ......

This would look so good in any little girls room! I tell my girls all the time that they can be whatever they want, I think it's important to teach our next generation of women UBER confidence. This does it.

......

Etsy is the.place.to.go for pillows and pillow covers. I don't even need to tell you why, the pictures will do.

Lovely Yellow Chevron

......

I think the playroom needs this
Decology

......

So there's some Etsy Love for ya. There's something special about buying handmade. If you have a shop of your own you know how fun it is to check your email and have an order waiting for you. These shop owners are very lucky to be able to do what they love. :)

Flower power

So I've been working on a little something. And, I'm super scared to show it so bear with me okay? I have a little section now in the etsy shop called flowers. Yes, some flower power. During my late evenings when the insomnia kicks in I like to make these, they're super fun. They look great pinned to your scarf, shirt, purse, hair tie. EVERYTHING! I wear mine all the time and get tons o' compliments on them. Right now I have three colors but I'm working on more, that is if you like them. If ya'll laugh at me then I'm gonna throw in the towel. :) So here goes.

The Lily
Fluffy, full of soft layers. Did I mention huge and fun?

The Chloe
Somewhat smaller, with a little bit of glam in the middle.

The camera kept picking up the purple color and making it look blue. I tried everything to edit it to make show the rich purple color it really is, but *sigh* it's not working. Note, the blue-ish purple flowers are 100% Purple, purple, purple!!

So there you go. Putting myself out there with something new. Thoughts? Want one for yourself? Remember anything under 10.00 is totally justifiable--- at least that's what I tell my husband. ;)

Want to buy one? Or twenty? Go here. Go on, give me something to do during the blizzard tomorrow. :)

P.S, hangin' out at Sugar and Dots to show these off! Come see!

Shop shoutout, holla.

So, for the Christmas season of giving, my Mother called me up one day with a request, and I quote..

"Dearest Daughter of mine, won't you please make me some of those fantastic jute monograms? I want to fancy some up for Christmas for my co-workers."

I of course said sure and made some like the little machine I am.

Here's what she did with a few, go Mom..work it.

But, here's the thing.. She didn't need quite as many as I bought so I have an over abundance of monograms in the house shop right now, pre-made and ready to ship within 24 hours. So if you're in the market for a monogram they're 12.00 shipped that's almost half off, peeps! I'm in clean up mode at the house and they gotta go! :) Head on over here to purchase one or twenty.

*Note, the monogram you'll receive is not embellished, those are just photos of some that my mother snazzied up. They come plain, and gorgeous as can be au' natural. *

Don't forget, Feature Yourself Friday is back tonight!
10:00ish..

A gift, to you. -Love me.

I'm seriously itching for Christmas this year.. ITCHING for it ya'll. I don't know what's wrong with me, Christmas music while I clean, Saturday family movie day consists of the Grinch, and Buddy the Elf and if it weren't for Mr. Fingerprints putting the lock down on our holiday decor for a few more weeks it'd be up, definitely.

While I'm in the holly-jolly spirit I thought it might be fun to have some free shipping on the Santa Keys. They're super prrettty, sparkly and fun. Why not start out your holiday festivities with a sweet package in the mail for you or your little ones. :)

Want one? Head on over! Free shipping until Nov 15th, and if you order now they'll ship this week! Fun stuff.

Be back tomorrow with a my newest obsession, if you follow me on twitter or facebook you know what I've been working on lately.. :)

Christmas shopping at FOTF

It's here it's here! I've officially stocked my Etsy shop and it's ready for some serious Christmas shoppers. Since my family is on the Dave Ramsey plan to get out of our chunk of debt and I'm slowly weaning myself off of working to be a 100% stay at home Momma I wanted to do Christmas this year as cost effective as I can while feeling like I helped a little bit.

As hard as it is on us girls to have Mr. Fingerprints away, living in a different city 90% of the time, it isn't a cake walk for him either. Boy works hard!

So, I figured the best thing I could do was make some pretty little things you'd enjoy and what better way to Christmas shop than buy handmade? Yes! Want a sampling?

Coming back from last year, the Santa Keys. Don't have a fireplace and have littles that wonder how the big guy gets in? Straight from Santa's little helper is his magical key. Problem solved. Don't do the Santa thing? It's also a gorgeous ornament. Who doesn't like some sparkle?

Want a book wreath but don't have the 2 hours to make one? Or, want to leave the burnt fingers to someone else? Got it. Plain, burnt and... Sparkly! Just the right about of glitter to shine bright. Love it.

How about some re-usable chalkboard tags? They work great to label things, like in our entryway. Plus they're great for gifts! So green. ;)

How about more monograms? You've seen Jute.. How about moss? Lovely.

Fun stuff! Plus, I have a few more projects up my sleeve I'm working on so check back all month, there's going to be lots o' pretty things!

Hop on over to the shop if you see something you can't live without!

Linking up to Kimmies party..Because she rocks, and let me talk about my shop. ;)
