A Call To Come Back

Come back my friendly Losing with Lovers team!  Come back!

Losing weight and being healthy doesn't have to be whole hog! Think about a goal that you could make.  Maybe getting your 5 servings of fruits and veggies in every day?  Drinking more water?  Working out a few times a week?

Anyway.  This accountability on this blog has really made me think about things every week.  I'd love to hear from some others of my peeps.

I'd love some workout reports from others too... I need some new videos. :)

Definitely the water! I've found if I fill up my flip-top Nalgene twice a day I'm more apt to drink enough water during the day (if I remember to carry it with me!!)
