Monday Weigh-In

Happy news, down .5!  I am mostly happy because I kind of fell off the wagon last week.  It was my birthday and Drew was gone a LOT and well, I was just done.  I wasn't taking care of me -- I was just trying to self-soothe with food.  Anyway, I was really happy with the .5 loss.  I've also got some new clothes that look pretty nice on and it's nice to not use my belt as a drawstring.

But, I was off the wagon.  I was losing motivation.  It even crossed my mind (and more than once) to not track any more.

BUT, I have commited to track daily for the year unless it's a holiday or we're on vacation.  I included my birthday as a holiday.  The cheese fries were delicious, by the way. 

Anyway, I feel like I need some short term goals along the way to really rev-up the motivation.  SO, by my June weigh-in I want to be below 180.  That's right, I want the first 2 numbers to be a 1 and a 7.  That's not far from where I'm at and it's doable. 

And no, those awful pictures aren't me.  I don't even look as good as the current weight girl.
