I did Lindsay Brin's Postnatal Bootcamp 2, which is totally different then boot camp #1... Can I just say how grateful I am for workout DVD's and all their options? She has several cardio/toning workouts and several pelvic floor workouts and you can pick between what levels you're on that day. I did cardio/toning level 5, which was hard and my buns are feelin' it today. I did pelvic floor #1 and I was surprised by how easy i thought it was. I remember doing it right after I had P and really feeling it. Yesterday, not so much. :) This is the DVD that comes in her prenatal series if you buy the whole thing (which I did).
Anyway, if i didn't have like four million workout DVD's calling my name I could easily do this one alone for a couple of months and not get tired because of all of the options. She pretends, however, that it will only take you 18 minutes to get through a set. I did the warm-up, cardio/toning, pelvic floor and the cool down and it took a half an hour. I was going to do an extra set of cardio but with my newfound workout regiem I decided not to. We'll see if the inches lost will be the same or less... and of course, I change my mind all the time.
And, of course, yesterday was my birthday and I'm lucky if I don't gain 12 pounds this week. Well, I'm lucky either way. :)
