Happy Birthday Andrew!

Andrew's birthday sneaks up fast, as it's a mere week after Christmas. You think you are done with the celebrations for a while, but no.

Andrew loves to cuddle up with a blanket when he reads or plays video games.
I love when he cuddles up with me under the blanket. His limbs tuck in so well around by limbs. I love feeling his cold little feet warm up under my legs.

Those candles spell out "Happy Birth" because we are missing the Y for "day".
He loved that it just said "HAPPY BIRTH" on his cake.
Then we all sang "happy birth to you! happy birth to you! etc" and he was giggling the whole time.

I can't explain it, but that is exactly the perfect Andrew situation.

Jim made the Oreo Cake. It was so good (and I don't very much care for cake).

How do you even write up a birthday tribute for Andrew? He is just hilarious and if you know him, you love him (and if you you know him, you do a lot of humoring him).
He leaves markers and pencils and paper ALL OVER THE HOUSE.
He makes up memes in his head and "reads" them to us audibly, sometimes he draws them.
He's written many many books and comic books.
He laughs at his own follies.
I don't know...he's just he most unique kid I've ever met. I'm so lucky to have him living in my house.
