Fabric painting

When I started learning fabric painting(some 11-12 yrs ago), my sweetu mom got so excited..she brought so many different stuffs for me to paint on..cushion covers, saree, curtains, table covers, hankys to name a few..!! But alas, I did not fancy fabric painting too much and soon got bored with it. Below are the cushion cover fronts that I painted..did not complete the entire set..hence instead of cushions..one of them now adorns our decade old desktop (which still works better than lp's ) .

Friends forever

Made this cutie for my darling friend. It dosent feel like its been more than 11 years since we know each other and been friends!! I sincerely thank God for giving few but true friends..
Also this is my first CAS (clean and simple) card..(i didnt know what CAS means untill today ;)...shh )

Quilled birthday card

Hello all!!!
wish you a very happy new year again..have a very creative year ahead..
This is my first post of the year..made this bday card for my not so little bro :)
Made use of two beautiful quilling techniques in this card...the beehive technique and malaysian flowers...



Liked the outcome and got lovely reaction from the recepient too (who does not like things easily;))
