How adorable is this theme? Perfect for a little first birthday. I love the tiny party hats, pennant banners and favors! The menu was so cute as well...they served mini hot dogs, tiny hamburgers, tiny bow pasta salad, tiny bottles of water, tiny cans of soda and tiny bottles of wine.
