Hello I'm back with yet another Valentine card! I found this sheet of paper at Hobby Lobby and just had to use it right away. This card looked much better in person. The weather has been making it hard to get out for good pictures. Sure has been "snowy" the past week or two! Guessing we've been spoiled by all the milder winters we've had the past few years. Dug out and oldie my MS heart border punch! I like it but it will sadly only work on very thin card stock or paper. Guessing that's probably why you can no longer get them? That and everything is now dies which do take up much less room I guess?! Anyway thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!! Challenges are listed below.

Hello!! Today I have another Valentine card to share with you! This one I'll be giving to my hubby! This Penny Black kitty reminds me of our 2 newest babies. I colored the image with my Copic markers, fussy cut it and popped it up. I used a mixture of die cut and stamped hearts to make/build my collage. Added a banner sentiment and some rhinestones to finish it off. You'll be seeing more of this kitty/image as I used it for all my other Valentine's this year too! LOVE Penny Black!! I added a picture of my sleeping angels but don't let that fool you they aren't always this quiet/calm!  That's it for now thanks for stopping by and have a great day! Hello!! Today I have a Valentine card I made for my youngest son. This Impression Obsession image reminds me so much of his puppy Quiche! My son is currently in his 2nd year of Veterinary school. His dream since like the 2nd grade. So proud of him! I just LOVE the colors on this card. Need to use it more often. That's it for today short and sweet! Hope to get another one or two blog posts scheduled for the week. Wish me luck as I have been dealing with a kitten on my lap/keyboard this whole blog post! Mom sits they must be on my lap too! Happy "Heart" Day!

Hello! Back with another "CUTE" Valentine card using the same adorable kitty from the other day. I was inspired by the "ruffled" hearts on the background paper to add a paper doily! Then I added a pretty stitched circle to the center and topped it of with my fussy cut out image. Finished it off with some pretty tin/foil type heart stickers. Love how it turned out. Kitty Love

WoW! What a GORGEOUS day we had here in South Central PA today?! Think it got up to 65 today? In February! Needless to say I did not make it to the stamp room today. I spent some time outside soaking up some Vitamin D! Went for a long walk and than cleaned up in the yard under the bird feeders and stuff like that.

I made this card over the weekend and man do I ever struggle with CAS!! I kept wanting to add more layers! LOL The papers are from a Valentine's K&Company pad that I picked up recently at Tuesday Morning. Man do I ever LOVE looking thru that stores crafty section?!! I always spend to much $$ and I may get to one again tomorrow?!  The stamp I think was a .25 cent Yard Sale find?? It says Hooks Lines & Inkers '93 on the side of it? That's a new one too me never heard of it? Guessing they are no longer around? I colored it with Copics and fussy cut it out. That's about it? TGIF!! Today I have another quick card to share with you. My card today uses some very sparkly cloth type stickers that I got from Hobby Lobby. The picture doesn't do them justice for how glittery they really are. I used 2 different embossing folder to give it some added texture. I left off a sentiment cause I think this card could go 2 different ways?? Either a Valentine or Birthday card? Anyway it was quick and easy and I didn't use yellow?!! Hello! Today I have a Valentine to share with you. I recently came across this SU die used for $10 and just had to grab it up! The heart is cut out of a pearlescent white lightweight cardstock. It really shimmers although you can't really tell in my photo. I cut out extra flowers to give it more dimension and added pearls to them. The "love" die cut is from a Peachy Cheap online deal. I was going to add my ribbon/bow across the top of the card but than I thought if I but it over the heart it kinda looked like a box of Valentine candy?! Hello! My card uses the "Mailed my Heart" free digi at Whimsie Doodles. I think it made a really cute card! I like this sketch alot an will have to give it another go. Hello! Isn't this just the cutest penguin?? He is from Whimsie Doodles an called Penguin Muffin Top! My oldest son's girlfriend Loves penguins so this will make the perfect card for him to give her! Happy Valentine's Day

Hello! I tried a new fun technique today! The technique challenge today over on SCS was Heat Embossing on Dry Embossing. I ran my Versamark pad over the raised Dry Embossing and then added my clear Embossing Powder. I couldn't get a good picture of it but the raised embossing is really shiny. Next time I might get brave and try colored embossing powder!! I didn't color my whole image I wanted my flowers to stand out. I thought the heart shaped flower petals would make a perfect Valentine's card for a friend! I added some pearls to the flower centers. List of supplies and challenges used is below.
