Spring is Here!

I've been seeing some challenges for spring and thought I'd play along! One of my favorite things about spring is the flowering trees, my favorite being the Weeping Cherry tree! A few weeks back I saw this card in the SCS gallery. I loved the layout and knew I wanted to case it using flowersoft for a Spring tree so here it is! What do you think?? Snow Special

Hello! My Mom got me the new MS big snowflake trim punch for Christmas and I was anxious to play with it!! It went perfectly with this newly released "Snow Special" snowman set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.

I cut out my snowman and popped him up on top of a label 4 die that I had softly sponged in matching colors. The label 4 die is raised up also. The background DP was embossed and then softly sanded, it really made the snowflakes pop. I like the distressed look it added also. I added flower soft to the ear muffs for more texture. I really like the soft girly feel of this card! Thanks for stopping by!

Colors of Fall

Hello! Today's card uses flowersoft. I like the texture it gives your card. I went for a mid fall look with some of the leaves already fallen and added some to the ground. The leaves haven't started to change here yet but it's just around the corner. Love the colors of fall! The pumpkin border is softly sponged for some depth and raised up with foam tape.
