This is Texas, right?

I have seen the following people walking along the road near my kids' school in the past week or so. I mean, I'm all for diversity, it just kind of caught me off guard.

Ok, maybe not these exact two people, but picture these people walking down a suburban American street on a Tuesday morning. Just threw me a little.

But how cool would it have been if it were those two exact people?

Interesting!

I'm feeling you on the nothing-to-blog-about routine but you always manage to come up with great stuff!

maybe tomorrow you'll come across a young boy in torn pants, attempting to forge a river. because after the international travel continuum has been ruptured, time travel is sure to follow. and huck finn seems like a sure bet!

lol, did she have a basket on her head? Loi always said that those hats that the Vietnamese people wear in movies are only for the benefit of the movie, no one really wears them. Then his mom came home with one after her trip to Vietnam and wears it when she's working in the garden. :)

judy, actually, she had a big bag full of stuff on her head, but she was wearing a cool African dress and she had a friend who was doing the same thing.

the guy was wearing one of those hats, toting a fishing pole & basket & riding a bicycle.

i tell ya . . .

that's fantastic! I did see a woman in African style dress on Highland Drive not too long ago, but no basket.
