Setelah sekian lama diabaikan, tiba-tiba I rasa terpanggil untuk kembali bersenam minggu ini selepas menonton nona@tv3. Bersemangat to lose weight and keep fit. Jom jom.....

5. Tak tahu apa namanya. Tapi posisi gitu and kaki buka tutup.
So perlu buat jadual baru.
6.00--6.30 Minum habatus sauda, solat etc

7.00--brekky/mandi
7.30--bersiap
7.50--pi kerja la

My style of exercise

Bangun awal pagi, semangat begitu membara untuk bersenam. Pastinya mau join program senaman di TV untuk dapat lebih momentum. Tapi tetiba lapar pulak....
Hmm..begitulah cara saya bersenam...having brekky while watching exercise program :P.
Tu cerita bulan lepas, keinginan ada, pelaksanaan tiada. My brother words made me furious with him and myself
Tetiba I rajin pulak berblogging kan. Lepas exercise, bolehlah jenguk blog jap. I have to push myself to do it or else I tend to forget whatever I have done. I tak larat nak tulis in my corporate diary. So, this blog helps me to check on something later on.
Anyway, what a hectic day today. From 9-11.30am, I prepared the assessment form for my customer. Definitely, I got distraction from my colleague and today one of them suggested to me to watch mind power video on youtube. Kinda like -imagine it, strive for it and we achieve it. Imagine kita meraikan majlis konvokesyen with family and supervisor, Insha Allah akan tercapai. It's good input for our life but this video can wait during this critical time.
Later, I got appointment with customer from 12-1pm. Since I got long discussion with the first group and then I have to wait the input from the second group due to area of interest changes, this meeting ended around 2pm. Lapo giler....Then I wanted to pray and go out for lunch. Unfortunately my boss's PA came and asked me to provide the evidence for the error in my colleague's data entry. I have to handle that data entry since she is on maternity leave, even though I know nothing about that project. Blank and blur sekejap dalam keadaan lapar. Mana nak cari ? some of the evidence ada dalam my lappy di rumah. Okay, ada yg I dah email pada boss. Dia tak perasanlah tuh. Previously I had difficulty to key in that data due to system error. Once that problem was solved, there was another error due to unmatched record. So, I have to go through the raw data manually in order to provide the evidence that the system read/interpret the raw data wrongly. Huh! teknologi yang menyusahkan bukan yang memudahkan. Then, kena turun tingkat bawah nak photostat raw data and print other evidence from email. Siap highlight kan untuk memudahkan my boss.
Bila balik ke office nampak pulak my colleague yg nak pindah di wing kami. Dia contact cleaner untuk bersihkan bilik dia, tapi cleaner tak angkat phone pulak. So, I invited her to come in my room and offered myself to contact the cleaner. Jawab pulak minah tu. So, satu hal pulak nak tunggu cleaner. Akhirnya, bolehlah saya pi ambil wuduk. Balik dari wuduk ada kawan lain pulak bertanyakan pasal isu bilik. Selesai je solat dalam keadaan tanpa mekap dan rambut serabai, staf yg uruskan penempatan bilik kami pulak nak jumpa I. Selain membebel pasal isu bilik, he gave me senarai bil berkaitan rumah yang dia telah bayarkan sepanjang ketiadaan saya dahulu.....mencecah RM600 huhuhu. Hutang..hutang perlu dibayar segera.
Akhirnya sekitar 4.10pm barulah saya keluar nak pi lunch. Hahhah dah petang baru dapat lunch....nasi goreng daging merah dan air tembikai ya...........

"Aku tengok ko makin tembam"
Maka bermula Rabu minggu ni, pepagi I buat senaman perut for about 10-15 mins. This morning, I ikut video di youtube for about 20 mins, then buat sikit ikut program di channel 728, finally buat senaman perut. Guess what? My friend and I went for one hour brisk walking this evening starting from 5.50pm. Balik rumah, sambung buat senaman perut. Calendar, Pie, Visa

On monday, aku tak tau nak lunch apa. Memula dah makan pisang. Tapi lapor lagi. Bukak tutup fridge tak tau nak makan apa. Nak masak, malas pulok. Tetiba teringat kepok ikan...so ngaplah...
Lepas tu baru pi uni. Aku kerja shift petang ;))...
Memula pi unishop pi post calendar OZ yg kawan aku nak. Hah ko..kena charge aud20.25 sen tuh..Terkojuit den.... lantaklah nanti boleh claim. Menurut cashier, the weight more than 500gm, tu yg charge mahal. So, she had to consider it as normal parcel instead of letter. In fact I have to fill in the customs declaration form too...
Tu la sometimes I just wonder why people seems to do not understand or purposely do not want to understand our life here. Keep on asking me to buy that calendar. It's only a calendar, what so important about it. Heranlah, bukan ke calendar mana2 sama je. Tarikhnya tetap sama aiyo....Cuma public holidays dan gambar la yang lainkan hehehe...
I forgot to buy it for several times ;). Only after her second messageS on dec last year i went to unishop searching for uni calendar. I can't found any. Lepas tu aku lupa la...Lepas tu mid jan, dia tanya lagi. Aku cakaplah tak jumpa, dia kata the district calendar pun takpe...pulak dah. Aku lupa lagilah kan...Then, end of jan, dia msg suruh cari kat post office. So, aku cari tak jumpa. Then bagitau JIKA BERKESEMPATAN, aku cari di city. Huish, dia siap bagi cadangan banyak outlet in the city. Memang beria sakan kan...So dalam kehujanan last thursday, barulah aku pi. Aku cari kat 3 kedai, alhamdulillah jumpa di 2 kedai. Cuma yang di kedai majalah tu, kalendarnya buruk dan saleswoman berlagak...so I opted to the souvenir shop....So, hari senin..barulah aku post calendar tuh hehehhe...
Habis citer kalendar, aku lapo kan...so aku beli ni...Spinach Ricotta Pie
Huish cashier tu siap panggil aku sweetie tuh...E..eh tetiba aku terasa sangat sweet and cutelah kan hahhaa.Peduli apa jika itu memang style dia panggil orang gitu. Biasalah kan bila kita mengibarkan bendera merah, our face look radiant kan ;))...tambahan pulak bila I baru pakai satu produk ni, lagilah perasan radiant hahahha...nanti I review that produk ek. Kalau tak ok, I sesenyap je ;).
Plannya nak submit my third paper. Ala...manuscript yg asyik kena reject tuh. Last month spv tanya, aku kata dah submit...opps.....On Sunday aku dah ikut requirements the latest journal.
Double spacing text...done.
Figures and Tables in separate sheet...done.
Payah pulak nak setkan header yg ada author name and title of manuscript on the header...penat aku google tau. Bila dah keluar, bertindan pulak dengan header from the sample file....At last ok, Alhamdulillah...

Hmm..takpelah balik buat di rumah. So nak print cover letter for the submission. Tak boleh pulak buka Mword file tuh...GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
Takpe relax...chillax=chill+relax. Kita copy cover letter for the fourth paper. Kita ubah editor, manuscripts' title and authors dan list 5 new referees in the table. Ok...kita print, sign, scan and send the pdf file to my email.....Balik rumah sambung kerja ya....
Sampai rumah 8.45pm. Ingat nak makan buah je. Yelah tadikan dah makan lemak eh..cheese. Hmm..teringin nak makan lepat pisang. tapi malas nak keluarkan steamer. Buka peti sejuk ternampak ayam yang telah dinyahbekukan semalam. Hmm....Kita masak nasi ayamlah.....eh !!!
Jauh betul beza pisang dengan ayam kan...;))....
Alamak, minyak dah habis, camna nak goreng ayam. Hmm...kita grill je lah....sihat sikit ;).
By 9.45pm....dah siap.....Jom makan...kita curah sos and kuah kicap ek...
Opps...nasi agak keras.....
On Tuesday petang tu pi jogging tau. Then selamba badak aku buat sit up on the bench facing the sea. Korang ado?????? Nka dinner, ayam dah habis, kita makan nasi ayam+telur goreng ye...sesuai ke? Telan je.
On wednesday the 8th, kan bengang2 kes kena pindah tukan. Then settled with my paper submission and visa application. Busy kan, makan baked potato chips je. Macam biasa....petang pi jogging la...opss padahal baru 2 hari je hehehhe. Dinner beli fried chicken and makan with selery....
Malam tu barulahstart focus on my thesis writing. Actually my thesis kinda like compilation of my articles..If I got 4 articles, so I will have 6 chapters. So I just have to add first article as Chapter 2, second article as Chapter 3 and so on. Sound simple and easy huh...just copy and paste. Well, it totally the opposite...tak kuasa nak explain...Chapter 1 dah lama jenguk2, tapi tak gerak2 pun. Chapter 2 rasa kena ubah intro. So I started with Chapter 3 on that nite. Problem pulak dengan table etc....Sabar ye...sambil mengesan latex error tu kita layan movie Keramat ya...Chet!!! Tak suka ending berdarah...ngeri..............
On Thursday, masukkan Chapter 4 pulak...intro nanti baiki. Masukkan figure and ubahsuai references. Selepas sarapan, pi timbang ...wah berat dah turun ke 48kg. Wah tak sia2 aku pi jogging 2 hari, sarapan muesli+yogurt+susu and minum green tea 2 kali sehari. Tak lama lepas tu timbang semula 49kg errrrrrrrkkkkkkkkkk. Laparkan, then masak nasi goreng menggunakan chicken rice leftover...Sedap ke? Boleh tahan..yang penting boleh telan dan kenyang heheheh...
Masa aku kat dapur dengan Japanese tuh, si Iranian tu balik. Entah camna kami berbual pasal kanda. Dia still nak panggil kanda, aunty...hehhehe. So, i cakaplah, don't call her that. She is a student like us. She doesn't like it. Si iranian ni macam tak puas hati, siap tanya how old is she...Aku cakap tak tau ;)...
Actually malas nak pi Uni, konon nak concentrate with Chapter 4. Tapi my x-housemate, the indo ada nak bagi food. Kesian pulak, kalau aku tak pi uni, dia nak datang umah aku. So, better lah aku pi uni dan say hi to my opis. Masa sembang dengan my x-housemate, tetiba Cik Olyn muncul dengan lenggang dan gaya cool nya ;).... Apalagi borak le. Aku ni macam biasa mulut tempayan, pi cerita kisah kanda yg dipanggil aunty kat depa. Depa sama nakal..pi gelak jugak hehhee....tak baik korang tau :P. Actually kanda takdelah nampak macam aunty pun. Mungkin sebab dia pakai glasses tuh.
Then aku join Cik Olyn dan another friend pi minum jap...Huish order large hot choc tu...Seronok juga sekali sekala minum2 dengan kawan ni. Bertanya kabar, selain pasal studies boleh borak macam2-diet, exercise, drama, artis opppssssssssss......I like this kind of meeting. Nobody trying to be artist and let others to be audience and listener only. Bawah nii gambar nasi kuning from my Indo friend tuh ....macam2 lauknya...
Meh zoom sikit.............ada ayam goreng, pegedil, telur dadar, serunding+sayur...
Bila check email, aku dah dapat bridging visa. So I have to make an appointment for medical check up within 24 hours.....Balik rumah la buat. Aku nak layan chapter 4 nih...........
Huhuhu...Balik malam hujan lebat...redha dan redah je la .....

Jom Zumba....

Since last month aku dah insaf. Yelah bila badan rasa lemah dan kurang berstamina, pulak tu selalu stress, maka aku perlulah ber exercise. Aku minat zumba...tapi pelan2 lah dulu kan. So memula kita aerobic dulu-low impact for 10minutes. Style orang dedulu....
Hehehe...sexy giler yek orang dedulu bersenam, pakai swimming suit utk aerobic hehehe.
Then, kita terus ke aksi lompat -low n high impact for 8 minutes.
Pening kapla aku, tak pandai bernafas dengan betul ;))....
Next, lets ZUMba for 4 minutes.
Then 5 minutes Zumba yang paling best dengan music yang best...
Finally, aktiviti untuk kempiskan perut moncit n boroi ku....
Tapi aku tak ikut sangat yang ini. Aku buat 4 style sebanyak 2-3 round for each style.
First style-baring,...jangan pulak tido :p. Luruskan kaki ke atas. Then bend sikit ke paras lutut dan luruskan semula. (20 kali)
Second style-baring sambil kayuh basikal lah (20 kali-jangan sesuka hati kayuh, jaga breathing)
Third style- basic crunch as in the video (semi sit up) :20 kali
Fourth style: oblique crunch as in the video (rapatkan bahagian kanan badan ke lutut kiri dan sebaliknya)

Breath in-perut kembang, udara masuk ;))
Breath out-perut mesti kempis....
Jangan tak tau, punyalah aku bersemangat, buat pertama kalinya tahun ini, aku pi jogging last 2 weeks -saturday the 10th. 45 minutes tuh, tapi rasanya lagi banyak walking ;).....
Hehehe...sexy giler yek orang dedulu bersenam, pakai swimming suit utk aerobic hehehe.
Then, kita terus ke aksi lompat -low n high impact for 8 minutes.
Pening kapla aku, tak pandai bernafas dengan betul ;))....
Next, lets ZUMba for 4 minutes.
Then 5 minutes Zumba yang paling best dengan music yang best...
Finally, aktiviti untuk kempiskan perut moncit n boroi ku....
Tapi aku tak ikut sangat yang ini. Aku buat 4 style sebanyak 2-3 round for each style.
First style-baring,...jangan pulak tido :p. Luruskan kaki ke atas. Then bend sikit ke paras lutut dan luruskan semula. (20 kali)
Second style-baring sambil kayuh basikal lah (20 kali-jangan sesuka hati kayuh, jaga breathing)
Third style- basic crunch as in the video (semi sit up) :20 kali
Fourth style: oblique crunch as in the video (rapatkan bahagian kanan badan ke lutut kiri dan sebaliknya)

Breath in-perut kembang, udara masuk ;))
Breath out-perut mesti kempis....
