Prajitura cu lamaie
Ingrediente: 150 gr unt , 100 gr faina , 100 gr amidon , 1 lingura praf de copt , 150 gr zahar ,1 lamaie , 4 oua .
Se freaca untul moale ( la temperatura camerei ) cu zaharul , pana se obtine o crema apoi se pun pe rand galbenusurile , mestecand bine dupa fiecare.Dupa ce s-au incorporat toate galbenusurile se adauga faina , amidonul , zeama si coaja rasa de la lamaie. Se bat spuma albusurile cu un pic de sare apoi se amesteca incet cu compozitia , avand grija sa nu se dezumfle. Eu am pus si 2 linguri de lichior de lamaie (limoncello). Se tapeteaza o tava (24x24) cu hartie pentru copt , se varsa compozitia in tava si se pune la cuptor 30 de min la 160 de grade. Cu 100 gr de zahar praf si 2-3 linguri de apa , se face o glazura care se va pune deasupra dupa ce s-a racit prajitura.
