In April and May we remodeled the basement: turning multiple cornered doors and a cold storage into a fun entertainment room. We also had plumbing issues (the beginning of many) and replaced the carpet.

March Mayhem 2020 ... We all know how this goes by now...
In March Troy joined Dad and I on a trip to Idaho:
Grandma Mayme's funeral was on March 7, and we were able to attend that and be with family and feel the spirit testify of the truth of eternal families. I am so grateful for the gospel and for our Savior.
For Christmas in 2019 we gave the older kids tickets to a fun concert to see Ben Rector. We spent that same weekend traveling the rest of the way to Rexburg to connect with Leslie and Owen and the Isoms. We had a great time being with them! The next morning we went to church with Leslie and Owen. That happened to be the last time we went to church in person for the few months, due to COVID-19 cancelling all world activities.
Add to that, Salt Lake City had an earthquake, which sent everyone into a mini-panic.

We had our annual Dr. Seuss week, complete with Wacky Wednesday.
Why not, with the world being a little crazy too?

Owen and Troy celebrated their first birthday separate from each other.
Good thing we had them get together earlier in the month.
