Softball

Before kids, I loved going to Andrew's games: baseball, basketball, softball, bowling (haha he went through a phase).... it was fun. It was nice to bring a book and read during warm-ups, and then watch, read or chat during the game. I don't know why, I but I have always loved it.
After kids it's not so enjoyable. I am either trying to keep them off the field, court, whatever, or trying to tell them they can't go see daddy. Or, the game is simply too late.
So saturday, when I heard the game was at 5:30 AND my in-laws would be there, I was all over it. It was a gorgeous day, I have great friends to chat with, and great in-laws to help me keep the kids distracted.
It was a GREAT evening and I can't wait until the kids are older so we can do it more often. But even more so, we can't wait until it's the kids that are playing!

Andrew has always had so many games to play in! SPeaking of game watching, I was just looking at a picture of all of us at Wes' Brama game. So much fun, you have always had that inner cheerleader making you such a great fan!
