Relief Society Spa Night

When Laurel and I received new callings, a new lady was also called to our "Enrichment" board. Last night she was so helpful - she took an ordinary "Spa Night" activity to a whole new level. It was insane! She went and got umbrellas, lounge chairs, other chairs I don't even know how to label. Then, you add that to our already talented centerpiece maker and the place looked amazing. Marci came and did make-up and people just fell in love. We had a class that discussed Conference talks and from what I gathered the conversation went real well. Our esthetician was incredible and so informative on the subject of cancer. And lastly, we made a cute craft that said, "You are my hands D&C 81:5".
But man was it a long day.... I came home from work and a half hour later loaded up the kids so we could go set-up. We finished setting up and then Janeal arrived with all the spa essentials. So we set-up again - that was long! I came back home at about 6PM so I could drop off J and pick up the desserts Andrew made. Back to church by 6:50PM. The activity began at 7PM and I didn't get home until 10PM. Long night but I think it went well!

Looks like it was a good night for Jackson as well!

Oh my gosh! We had a RS spa night on Wednesday! How funny. The YW put it on, with foot rubs, hands rubs, spa stuff. It was such a good idea.
