Thursday, March 13

Woo hoo - a Thursday post!

I know I should n't get over excited - I am in my 40s after all! But I think this is the first time I have managed to post everyday from Sunday [including Thursday] in yonks - in fact - if ever!!!

I started with a box of these. Children's large cardboard dominoes "with a picture on both sides"!! Cost me a pound, I think, from Tesco's.

I ripped off the shiny paper, covered it in Gesso and added collage pieces of an old book page. Added more Gesso, some Cranberry dabber and then a stamped a few images on some white card. I coloured those in and stamped a few silvery stars on the top of half the Cranberry bit. Added the small stamped images and covered a couple of them with those "He that shall always be worshipped" Tim Holtz watchamacallit clear tiley thingies [it is Thursday - bare with me] and hey presto [bet you cannot wait] ......

TA DA!

Sadly I had added the tiles before it dawned on me I may want to decorate the other side too ..... never mind ..... a bit of collage should do the trick!

Have a good Friday everyone!
