Alter it!

Well it is challenge #50 over on the Artygirlz blog so I thought it would be rude not to!

I went for a domino ... mainly because I had a blank one handy that needed altering and mainly because my craft room is so untidy I would struggle to find anything else!

I am at the end of day 3 of my holiday and I really should get tidying! Maybe tomorrow *LOL*

The stamp I used is from Lord T!ms cube ... I stamped in black, embossed in clear and coloured with Adirondack markers. The edge was done with a Gold Krylon pen.

A Right Royal Flush!

Actually I am not sure that it is! - A Royal Flush I mean! I only ever play snap!

I have been looking at the mixed media monday for ages! Trying to pluck up the courage to have ago! All the stuff looks so wonderful and I have always been a little worried about making a complete ass of myself!

This week the challenge is playing cards so .... I got the domino key rings out ...... yes again!!!! Not sure why I am feeling brave ..... but hey .... you only live once .....

7 Random facts and another domino!

My lovely friend Dan has taken it upon himself to tag me. I must remember to Thank him!!!!

So my 7 random facts are:-

1] I have jumped out of a plane at 15000 feet!

2] I have abseiled 125ft!

3] I have a tattoo around my belly button!

4] I have a birthmark under my right arm which is bigger than a 50p piece and is in the shape of a heart!

5] I came third in a painting competition when I was 10 and the prize was ..... wait for it ..... Five pence!

6] I won a game of bingo on a cruise down the Panama canal and after clearing our entire fortnight bill with the winnings I still had some left!

7] I believe in Father Christmas!

Not a very productive day!

I had the whole sunny day free to craft and what have I done ...... Cleared a bigger space on my craft table ...... essential ...... But not very creative ...... and I have made this ......

Tutti Frutti!

The My time to craft challenge this week is tutti frutti.

It has been a while since I have tried any domino art and I have a lovely ickle pear stamp that is the perfect size - so without further ado I got stuck straight in.

I don't know why I left it so long - I love altering dominoes.

I have a few bubbles in these - but I am pleased with the overall colours.
