Adorable Shaker Shadow Box Frame

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for popping by my Blog Today. Sorry i have not posted for a while. As you all no i have been poorly lately. The great news is i am feeling so much better & feel quite human again! I actually have some colour in my face again & no longer look like i am ready for Halloween lol. Speaking of Halloween! today i have this really sweet shadow box frame you. Not only is it a shadow box but its also a shaker box. I think its so cool! It was pretty simple to make and i hope it gives you some ideas/inspiration to try one of these out for yourself.

I made the box myself with a score board and the outside frame is just a set of layering dies i have. The gorgeous spooky castle and cobweb dies are from Alinacrafts. Here is the links for them in case you would like to check them out:

As i dont no what size frame you would be using its not really possible to give dimensions. If you watch my Youtube video it will hopefully show you how you could make one for the size frames you have. You can find the link below.

8 x 8" Shadow Box Tutorial

Hi Everyone,
I am back with a gorgeous shadow box tutorial Today!! I promised last week that i would do a tutorial after i shared my Inlovearts projects with you. I no lots of you were keen to see it so here it is! I LOVE the way this has turned out! Its gorgeous and i hung it straight up on my craft room wall. Its such a good size and it would look beautiful if you made 3 and hung there together.

I love this way of making a shadow box as the great thing is the size! This is a whopping 8 x 8" and you could even make it 10 x 10" if you want to. I attached some gold ribbon to the back so you can hang it on the wall. This would make a beautiful gift and i no for a fact i will be making more!
It really is quite simple to make and i show you in the tutorial what templates you need, the great thing is you will always have them so you can make one anytime you fancy.

SCORE ALL 4 SIDES @ 1/2" & 1"

The designer paper i used for this project is called Mariposa by First Edition. It is so beautiful! I picked mine up from Amazon. The butterfly is Alinacrafts new one and i have made a few projects with this die already.

*NEW* Inlovearts Dies With Projects/Examples

Hi Crafter's
I am back today to share with you some gorgeous Dies i got send from the fabulous INLOVEARTS. I was so excited to get these dies as they never disappoint. I love the size of there Dies and i also like the fact that they are a bit different from the 'norm'. I think my favourite is the Tropical style flower set and also the Spooky Halloween House! How cute is that!!!

  I made a shadow box for the Flowers Dies and i love how it turned out. I made my shadow box in a different way as i wanted it to be a bit larger. I prefer the new method i used and i also think its a lot easier. I will upload a tutorial for it next week and maybe you can make one yourself.
