Supporting Environmental Studies
Introduction: Assessment of Space-Related Environmental Impacts through Scientific Studies. The Air Force is investigating several areas where there is insufficient information to determine environmental impact quantatively. This information is provided as a basis for our NEPA environmental analyses and for use by other agencies and the public in evaluating environmental impact of space programs and related facilities .Key Reports and Documents: Abstracts in text format or the complete text and graphics in Adobe Acrobat format can be downloaded for some reports and documents. Click links under "Abstract" for the abstract or summary or "PDF" for the complete report or document. Abstracts in Russian in the pdf format are available for some reports.
