HOLLYWOOD, Calif.– Dec. 19, 2024–Nickelodeon today revealed the trailer, first-look images and the premiere date for The Thundermans: Undercover, a brand-new spinoff series based on characters from the original live-action show. Premiering on Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon, the half-hour series follows Phoebe and Max as they are sent undercover to handle a new threat in the beachside town of Secret Shores and bring Chloe along to develop her superhero talent. The Thundermans: Undercover will air regularly Wednesdays at 7 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon and will roll out internationally on Nickelodeon channels later in the year.


In the premiere episode, “Thundercover,” Phoebe and Max are assigned a mission in their new hi-tech beach home base, where their superhero identities remain a secret. They bring Chloe along to help her have a normal life, but the trio must stop the threats of Secret Shores and the true supervillain known as the Mastermind.

The Thundermans: Undercover stars original series cast members Kira Kosarin as “Phoebe,” Jack Griffo as “Max,” and Maya Le Clark as “Chloe.” The show also stars Daran Norris as “Thunderford,” and Dana Snyder as the voice of “Dr. Colosso,” as well as new cast members Kinley Cunningham as “Booch” and Nathan Broxton as “Jinx.”

The series will also feature guest appearances from original series cast members including: Chris Tallman as “Hank,” Rosa Blasi as “Barb,” Diego Velazquez as “Billy,” Addison Riecke as “Nora,” Audrey Whitby as “Cherry,” Kenny Ridwan as “Gideon,” Helen Hong as “Mrs. Wong,” Jeff Meachum as “Principal Bradford” and Daniele Gaither as “Super President Kickbutt.” Other guest stars include Ryan Ochoa, Jessica Marie Garcia, Lilimar and Anna McNulty.

The Thundermans Return premiered on Nickelodeon and Paramount+ earlier this year. The Thundermans premiered on Nickelodeon in October 2013 and wrapped its four-season run in 2018. Created and executive produced by three-time Emmy Award-winner Jed Spingarn, the scripted half-hour series follows superhero twins with opposite personalities, Phoebe and Max Thunderman, as they navigate their way through school, friends and a family of extraordinary superheroes, all while keeping their true identities a secret.

(TSX: TOY) (www.spinmaster.com), a leading global children's entertainment company, announced today that the upcoming third installment of its blockbuster PAW Patrol film franchise will star Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson and popular comedian Fortune Feimster, with the two newcomers to join Emmy nominee Mckenna Grace, who reprises her lead role as Skye. The film, which follows the recent ten-year anniversary of the global smash hit franchise, is produced by Spin Master Entertainment in association with Nickelodeon Movies and distributed by Paramount Pictures, will have an exclusive theatrical release in 2026.

Veteran animation director Cal Brunker is returning to direct PAW Patrol 3, having directed both of the franchise's first two films, which together earned over $345 million at the global box office. Brunker also serves as co- writer alongside Bob Barlen. The film is being produced by Spin Master Entertainment's Jennifer Dodge, Laura Clunie, and Toni Stevens, with Spin Master Co-Founder Ronnen Harary executive producing.

Hudson joined the prestigious group of EGOT winners in 2022, when her Tony Award win for Best Musical for A Strange Loop added to an extensive list of career accolades. Past awards include an Emmy Award for her role alongside Kate Winslet, Daisy Ridley, and Glenn Close in the acclaimed Baby Yaga; an Academy Award for her debut acting role in Bill Condon's Dreamgirls, which also earned her a BAFTA, Golden Globe, SAG Award, and more; and multiple Grammy Awards, including for Best R&B Album for her eponymous 2009 album. She is also a bestselling author and has been honored for her charitable efforts, including at Variety's Power of Women luncheon and VH1's Do Something Awards. She began her entertainment career as a finalist on the third season of American Idol.

Feimster is a highly accomplished stand-up comedian, writer, and actor. Her two Netflix comedy specials, Good Fortune and Sweet and Salty, garnered Critics' Choice Awards nominations, with Good Fortune also earning a spot on the Los Angeles Times' Year's Best Specials list. She recently appeared alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in the hit action-comedy FUBAR, created by Emmy nominee Nick Santora, and is currently filming the show's second season. Her impressive screen credits include Emmy-nominated series such as The Mindy Project, Life in Pieces, and Kenan. Additionally, Feimster has lent her voice to Pixar's Soul, Fox's Bless the Harts, and will voice the new character 'Nibbles' in Disney's Zootopia 2, directed by Academy Award winner Jared Bush.

In addition to starring in 2022's PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, Grace earned an Emmy nomination for her role in The Handmaid's Tale. She also starred in Ghostbusters: Afterlife and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, from Academy Award nominees Jason Reitman and Gil Kenan, respectively, horror hit Annabelle Comes Home, and Academy Award winner I, Tonya, in which she played the young titular Tonya Harding.

Hudson is represented by CAA, Original Project, and Ziffren Brittenham. Feimster is represented by UTA, Levity, CESD, and LGNA. Grace is represented by CAA, Landrum Arts, and Entertainment 360.

The film will be distributed in Canada by Elevation Pictures.

BURBANK, Calif. – September 11, 2024 – A faraway kingdom holds fantastical, heartfelt, and humorous journeys in Nickelodeon’s all-new CG-animated series Max & the Midknights, making its television debut on Wednesday, October 30 at 7:00 p.m. (ET/PT). Nickelodeon today released the trailer, key art, and voice cast for the original series. Based on the best-selling children's books by acclaimed author and cartoonist Lincoln Peirce (Big Nate), the show follows an adventurous 10-year-old named Max who embarks on a quest with her newfound friends to save the Kingdom of Byjovia from ominous forces.


The debut episode, "Welcome to Byjovia," introduces Max, a medieval girl who dreams of becoming a knight and battling dragons but must instead roam the countryside as an apprentice troubadour with her Uncle Budrick. After encountering a thief, Max and Uncle Budrick head to the medieval kingdom of Byjovia but soon discover that the town is nothing like Uncle Budrick remembers. New episodes of Max & the Midknights will continue to roll out Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon. The show will begin rolling out internationally on Nickelodeon on October 10.

The voice cast behind the Midknights, a group of misfits each with their own unique talent, include: Blu del Barrio (Star Trek: Discovery) as Max, a brave and determined girl ready to take on any challenge headed her way; Melissa Villaseñor (Saturday Night Live) as Millie, a wacky yet super positive girl who brings the power of magic to the Midknights; Zeno Robinson (Transformers: EarthSpark) as Simon, Millie’s street-savvy and sometimes sarcastic companion; and Caleb Yen (Beyblade X) as Kevyn, the bookish genius with a photographic memory. Together, the group accomplishes nearly everything that they set their mind to achieve.

Alongside the Midknights, Jeremy Rowley (iCarly) lends his voice as Uncle Budrick, Max’s lovably silly parental figure and professional troubadour, Gary Anthony Williams (Central Park) voices Mumblin, a famous retired magician who helps guide the Midknights on their quests, Brian Stepanek (The Loud House) voices King Gastley, the nefarious ruler of Byjovia, willing to do whatever it takes to maintain his throne, and India de Beaufort (It’s Pony) voices Fendra, a dark sorceress working for King Gastley.

Throughout the series, Max leads the rest of the Midknights on challenging quests filled with all-new original songs. After King Gastley steals the throne and forces an unjust rule on the Kingdom of Byjovia, Max must come to the rescue to overthrow the power-hungry foe. With her friends and Uncle Budrick by her side, Max’s courageous spirit won’t back down no matter how difficult the quest gets.

August 5, 2024 – Paramount+ today announced the second season of DORA, the original animated preschool series, will premiere on Friday, Sept. 13, exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, with other international markets to be announced at a later date. Produced by Nickelodeon Animation, the second season features 26 CG-animated 11-minute episodes and follows everyone’s favorite bilingual explorer, Dora, as she continues her epic adventures through the mystical and magical rainforest. HOLLYWOOD, Calif.–May 16, 2024– Building on the success of The Thundermans Return, which premiered ranking as cable’s #1 entertainment telecast of the year with kids, Nickelodeon Studios today announced a spinoff based on characters from the hit live-action superhero comedy. The spinoff series will follow Phoebe and Max, who are sent undercover to handle a new threat in the seaside town of Secret Shores and bring Chloe along to develop her superhero talent. Production on the show will begin in Vancouver in August, with premiere details to be announced at a later date.

In the brand-new series, Chloe forms a bond with two classmates while they investigate suspicious activity coming from the local school, who don’t realize their new friend has secret powers. As the danger increases, the Thunderman trio must stay in town indefinitely, leaving the squabbling twins in charge of raising their younger sister.

The spinoff show will star original series cast members Kira Kosarin as “Phoebe,” Jack Griffo as “Max,” and Maya Le Clark as “Chloe.” The show will also feature guest appearances from additional original series cast members.

Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 took kids and families to Bikini Bottom in the biggest underwater party of the summer to celebrate 25 years of SpongeBob SquarePants, live on Saturday, July 13, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT). Hosted by SpongeBob SquarePants (voiced by Tom Kenny) and Patrick Star (voiced by Bill Fagerbakke), Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 featured: enhanced graphics, high-tech motion capture and augmented reality; fun celebrity collaborations and appearances from today’s top stars; the brand’s signature orange blimp award and epic slimings; and exciting surprises revealing fans’ favorite TV shows, movies, music and more.

After gaining wide popularity across the UK last August and receiving the Red Dot Design Award for Product Design earlier this year, the device will be available nationally on Walmart.com beginning this Saturday, July 13 and in Walmart stores in October. From the team at Watchinu, the watch makes its official American debut in a 30-second ad slot that will air during the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2024 this Saturday.

Designed for kids ages 5-10 and retailing at $119 USD, the NickWatch offers an array of content and features inspired by Nickelodeon's iconic characters, including motion-based games, experiences and role-play activities. Users can run through the sewer tunnels with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, learn Morse code with Lincoln Loud and practice balance with SpongeBob SquarePants.


The NickWatch also empowers independence in children without compromising safety. The subscription-based companion NickWatch app for parents allows them to safeguard children's budding freedom with location tracking and communication tools. You can also create a geo-fence around frequented locations like school or a friend's house and receive a notification when the child has left the area. Caregivers can message and call the user account on the watch, mute the device during school hours and choose who communicates with their child.
