Arrest of a female.

--Officers Chalkley and Seal yesterday afternoon arrested Mrs. Elizabeth Dawson, and committed her to the watch-house, upon the charge of feloniously receiving a silver watch, valued at $1,000, the property of Michael Rourke, deceased, the same having been stolen from him on the night of his recent mysterious death. The case will be investigated before the Mayor this morning.
