For sale and hire.

--We have for sale privately an excellent woman and her three children.--The woman is a first rate swasher and ironer and cook; young, healthy, and very likely. One of her children is a likely boy some 13 years old, very smart, and as good a dining-room servant as any of his age. The other children are girls. We wish to sell this family to some on wanting them for their own use in or about Richmond. We have for hire several dining-room house servants, male and female. Some young girls and two or three women, who are good farm hands.
