The New issue.

--The impression seems to prevail generally that the exchange of the new issue of Confederate money for the old issue has been discontinued. We take occasion to state that such is not the case. We called at the Treasury Department last Saturday morning, and noticed that the "exchange" was still going on, and upon inquiry ascertained that there was no probability of its discontinuance.
