Robbery of a shoe store.

--On Saturday night last the shoe store of Mr. H. Weeks, located on Broad street, between the Central depot and Mayo street, was forcibly entered and robbed of about $900 worth of ready-made shoes, leather, &c. By cutting a hole about four inches square through a panel in the front door, the thief was enabled to thrust in his hand and unlock the door from the inside. The proprietor, sleeping above, had no knowledge of the unwelcome intrusion upon his premises until the next morning, when, on descending from his chamber to the store below, he found the front door open and his stock in trade no where to be seen.
