Dishonest practice.

--A woman keeping a grocery near the New Market, on yesterday sold a poor widow twenty pounds of flour at $3 a pound. On getting the flour home the widow found that it was about one third salt, the cheaper article having been thrown in to make weight. The grocery keeper refused to take the adulterated flour back.
