The Forde case.

--The argument before the Supreme Court of Appeals of Va. on the writ of error granted Ro. S. Forde for a new trial upon the judgment rendered against him by the Hustings Court, sentencing him to the penitentiary for 18 years, for the murder of Robert E. Dixon, was concluded on Thursday. The court will render their decision on an early day next week.
