Rearrested
--Schaffer Wiley, one of the four fellows who escaped from the chain-gang a few days since, was recaptured yesterday afternoon. He is the same party who was tried, convicted and sentenced to jail on the charge of committing a murderous assault on a Confederate Lieutenant a week or two since, at night, in the neighborhood of Chimborazo hospital.
