Horse stealing.

--William Willey and John Collins, charged with stealing a horse from C. P. Word, in June last, were again before the Mayor yesterday. As the theft was committed in New Kent county the parties were sent before a Justice of Henrico for examination, the Legislature having passed a law to meet such cases.
