Stealing a watch.

--Daniel Keenan alias Anderson, was captured by Lieut. Carter, of the night police, yesterday, and taken before the Mayor to answer two charges of felony--one of stealing a gold watch from James E. Rankin, and the other for stealing $59 in money from James McDonald. Owing to the absence of witnesses, the examination was postponed until Saturday next, and the prisoner committed to jail.
