--Out of an appropriation of $1,500,000 by the State of Georgia to cloths her troops in the service, she has spent $1,200,000, furnishing about 5,000 full suits of outer and under clothing besides shoes and hats. She still has 7,000 suits on band, and a large quantity of shirting, kersey, excaburgs and leather.
