--A letter from Jackson Miss, in the Mobile Register, says:‘ The companies which are recruited by the Yankee in New Orleans seem to be fitted out for the mere purpose of getting arms and equipments, deserting "horse, foot, and dragoon" to the bounte blue flag. This is the easiest way for those of our friends who desire to run the lines; for, the bounty in they have a horse, arms, overcoats, &c., which they can dispose of at an extremely handsome advance over what it cost them--i. e. nothing.
