Remittances to the Dispatch.
--We have made arrangements with the Southern Express Company by which all money for subscription, advertising, or job work, can be sent at our risk. The money to be sent should be enclosed in an envelops, directed to the "Richmond Drs Payon, Richmond, Virginia," and sealed with war, writing the subscriber's name, post-office, and amount sent on the outside. Deliver the same to any agents of the Southern Expresses Company, and take his receipt. Send a letter to the office of the Dispatch by mail, advising us of the date when sent.Our agents will observe carefully these directions, and follow them.
