Mayor's Court, Sept. 17th, 1862.

--Frederick Shafer was before the Mayor this morning, charged by Mrs. Solomon with entering her room during her absence, and breaking into a wardrobe and taking therefrom money, jewelry, and several articles of clothing. He was bailed in the sum of $500 to appear on Friday morning.

The other matters before the Court were of no interest.
