Sudden death.

--A soldier, named James Graham, a native and resident of Petersburg, Va. and a Sergeant in Ritter's battery, 1st regiment Virginia artillery, entered yesterday morning the Oak Hall restaurant, Franklin street, and called for break fast, which was being prepared for him, when he fell from the chair he was sitting in, and in a few expired. We learn that deceased had been for some time in bad health, his part, a very active participation in discharging the duties of a soldier. His remains were charge by friends and decently interred.
