--The case of Mr. Alexander Falconer, family, and servants, who were arrested by order of Gen. Pendleton, and sent to Petersburg, Va., on Wednesday last, on the charge of selling poisoned milk to some Confederate soldiers, was tried on Friday, and all the accused acquitted.
