The Police on Monday reported an unlawful assembly at the house of Elizabeth Frost, 17th street, between Main and Cary. We are requested to say that there is no such person legally in existence, the former owner of the name having changed it by marriage. Her husband, Mr. David, was fined yesterday for the unlawful assembly spoken of.
