County Court.

--In the County Court of Henrico, yesterday, judgment was entered by default in four cases against Thomas Breeden for retailing ardent spirits without a license and $30 fine imposed in each case. Wm. Jensiags was found guilty of permitting unlaw in a gaming at his ordinary, for which offence the law fixes the penalty at $100 fine. Two similar cases against the same person were continued. The case of the Commonwealth vs. Gavinzel was continued until March next. A variety of other misdemeanors on the docket were also postponed.
