Is the case of the Confederate States us Carnsi, for the sequestration of the property of an alien enemy, a plea was filed yesterday by W. A. Cocke.

Answers of defendants to the petitions the Receiver, were filed in the cases against & Wilson, and Chapman J. Leigh.
