--The Rockingham Register exposes the doings of one Rev. Bishop Markwood, who, until a few months past, has been living in the Valley of Virginia and enjoying the confidence of the people, but has recently turned up outside of Virginia as a thorough abolitionist, and has, in various ways, been giving aid and information to the enemy.
