Philadelphia Aug. 8.
--The gun-boat Flag, with 36 prisoners, from the Confederate war vessel, sunk by the St. Lawrence off Charleston, has arrived. Five of the Southerners were drowned. The vessel was formerly a revenue cutter, and the Confederate name was the Petrol.
