Changing color.
--The ‘"Stars and Stripes,"’ which have now become relics of antiquity, have disappeared from the flag-staff on top of the large brick edifice on the northwest corner of Franklin and Governor streets, and the flag of Virginia, the emblem of ‘"Death to Tyranny,"’ has taken their place. This change of color, from alternate blushes and streaks of pallor, to an air of defiance, was greeted by the public with intense satisfaction, and blessings, instead of reproaches, now fall to the lot of the house over which the arms of Virginia are floating.
