A coming State.

--The Nevada country, by the richness of the Washoe mines, is becoming populous, and thinks of setting up a government on its own hook. The Utah Mormons claim that it is within their borders, and the Governor of California recommends the extension of the Eastern boundary of that State to include it. The Nevadians, however, don't care to be under Mormon rule, and California --its most populous portion — is distant, and already that State is big enough for a half dozen of respectable size, and they therefore pray Congress to constitute them a Territory by themselves.
