Secession on a small Scale.

--A Georgia paper states that the town of Gordon, situated on the Central Railroad, at the junction of the road to Milledgeville, has, by an ordinance duly drawn up, signed and adopted by a meeting of the citizens of the place, formally receded from Wilkinson county, State of Georgia. The narrator proposes to call it the independent city of Gordon.
