A Forged letter.

--A dispatch from Lexington, Ky., of Oct. 30th, states that Vice President Breckinridge authorizes the announcement that the letter published over his signature, purporting to be addressed to Dr. J. T. P. Cohoon, Elizabeth City, N. C., under date of the 5th inst., is a forgery. He has written no such letter.
