Raspberry-Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

I am having the time of my life these days. I am so happy I could float on my pink clouds that surround me right now :) It sounds silly but it is also true.  This is the rare occasion when the truth is sweet and refreshing. Just as the smoothie I am shortly sharing with you. But first, I would like to ramble on and on what a good mood I am having! I believe that when we have such a spectacular period in life, we should cherish each and every second of it! Let alone, how much I want to share it with everyone! :) What more can this prove that I woke up at 6am today just for the sake of being awake. Because I wanted to enjoy the day as early as possible! I made spelt whole wheat blueberry pancakes...Then basil grilled cheese sandwich...:) And I am eager to start doing yoga! After that do my little errands and enjoy being home. I will not be home much after Friday so I want to spend as much time with my family and my doggies and cat as I can. Ah, life can be marvelous at times... So why a

Raspberry Tiramisu

I am not exaggarating if I say that anyone can make this dessert. Seriously, anyone. That's right, it can't!! :) Raspberry Tiramisu for 4 people 250 gramm Mascarpone Cheese 3-4 tablespoons Cane Sugar 3 Eggs 2 small containers of Raspberry 100 gramm Ladyfingers 4 tablespoons Raspberry syrup Divide the eggs into yolks and egg whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar for 5-6 minutes. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix it until creamy. Add a few tablespoons of hot water to the raspberry syrup and dip the la

This past week was everything but healthy for me. I had cravings and I sadly didn't deny from myself anything ...So yes, I ate chocolate and chocolate and have I mentioned chocolate, already? And mostly at night. Well, thanks god for not having those killing moments anymore when all I could think about is having a delicious bite of chocolate melting in my mouth...or chocolate chip cookies...Which I didn't make. Thank god!! Today I am actually craving food that is good for me. Something that makes me full yet not immobilizing me because I am sooo full. Something that is not carbs, something that is not crazy sweet, something that makes me happy. So I got the idea of making a yogurt parfait!! Since finally summer is here which equals fresh fruits!! My all time favorite that I can never get sick of are strawberries!! Ahhhh.....strawberries....I could write an ode to strawberries, I love them so much :D We had 6 kgs of them the other day and they are almost gone!! Doesn't
