Air Conditioners need regular service and maintenance. Even then, occasionally, due to factors that are beyond your control, like a rodent chewing you duct wires, air conditioners will need repairs or replacements or both. Depending on the problem, only a part of it may need to be replaced or in extreme cases, the entire unit needs to be replaced.

1. What’s the duration of warranty?

The Turbo Air Conditioner comes with a 3+10 years warranty. That's 3 years on PCB, 10 years on the compressor and 1 year on the complete machine.
The compressor is really the heart of the air conditioner. It is responsible for moving the refrigerant between the evaporator and condenser coils, ensuring that the refrigerant changes to gas or liquid as needed
2. What are the components on your warranty?
There are some typical components that come with every warranty. They are:
● What’s the warranty terms and conditions?
● To whom the warranty will be covered? For example: If you buy the air conditioner, then the warranty is covered. But if you resell it, then is the warranty transferable?
● A detailed description of what's included and not included in the warranty.

3. What’s a PCB warranty?
PCB is a printed circuit board.
